Frequently Asked Questions
Our aim at Reculture is to get everyone eating better and feeling great. Our programmes are focused on detoxing and resetting the body’s many systems. Weight loss may (and usually does) occur.
If this is your first time, welcome! All our programmes are suitable for people doing their detox for the first time, but we do have some questions that can help you pick the best programme for your goals:
(a) What do you hope to achieve with this detox?
i. Do you want to get ready for a special event in the shortest time?
We recommend the ReCulture 5, which is a mini-detox.
This programme is ideal for:
- first time clients who aren’t sure if they can stay disciplined in a longer programme
- clients who are constrained by their time and work schedules
- anyone who wants to be ready and look refreshed in a short time
- clients who need the motivation to create change in their lifestyle and diet
ii. Do you want a deeper cleanse for your body and help it reset its systems?
We recommend the ReCulture 10.
This programme is ideal for:
- clients who want better digestive and gut health
- anyone who wants an opportunity to take their nutrient abundance to the next level
- people who want a well-loved programme with a sustainable result (many clients who have done both ReCulture 5 and ReCulture 10 gave feedback that their results on the ReCulture 10 are more sustainable)
iii. Do you want to reset your metabolic rate and get rid of poor eating habits?
We recommend the ReCulture 21.
This programme is ideal for:
- clients who want to effectively reset their metabolism
- clients who are interested in undergoing an extensive detoxification
- anyone who wants to experience a positive shift in the way you view food
- people who want to try our signature ReCulture 60 programme but are unable to commit for such a long period
iv. Do you want a lifestyle change to address long-term issues?
We recommend the ReCulture 60, our signature programme that is a complete mind and body overhaul.
This programme is ideal for:
- clients who want to cultivate a lifelong habit of eating healthily
- anyone who wants to improve their overall well-being
- people who have a ready mindset for complete, rejuvenating and empowering change
- clients who are ready to learn, grow and see significant changes in their bodies, skin, health, and mindset
(b) How much time can you commit to this programme?
During any of our programmes, you will only be allowed to consume the meals provided by Reculture. It is therefore advisable to consider your time and social commitments before selecting any programme.
For your best success, we recommend having a block of time that can accommodate the duration of your programme. It is important for you to immerse yourself without taking any breaks in between. If you have social commitments around meals, you may open yourself up to unnecessary temptations.
(c) Do you have motivation and a determined mindset?
For an effective detox, you need to be disciplined enough to abstain from fried foods, alcohol and other items not on our recommended list. If you're unsure of your confidence level, you can start off with our ReCulture 5 to test the waters first. We have many first-time clients who began with the ReCulture 5 and chose to extend to a longer programme once they experienced positive results.
Our programmes are specially designed to cause your hypothalamus to mobilize non-essential fats out of your fat stores, making them available for use. Although you consume 800 calories daily, your hypothalamus continuously releases fat stored in your body, which is more than sufficient for healthy functions. Any extra consumption of calories can halt the release of fat stores in your body, stopping detoxification.
We’ve done our research and discovered that for the body to detoxify and experience optimal results, daily calories have to be capped at 800 calories. This caloric restriction is regardless of gender and body weight. Meals also have to be oil-free to complement our homeopathic drops.
A lot of R&D has gone into developing and creating our three programmes, the oil-free meals and the practitioner-grade Reculture drops. Every element of the programme works in synergy and complements the other to provide the most significant relief for our clients during the detox while achieving the speediest results.
We import our Reculture drops directly from the USA so shipping and import taxes are included in our programme’s prices. The preparation of oil-free meals is also labour intensive as the ingredients have to sourced, measured, and cooked within restrictive guidelines.
Making our three programmes work efficiently for you means that there is also a team of people working behind the scenes to ensure you do not have to consider any other factors other than following the programme.
Yes! It’s perfectly fine to do so. However, if you suffer bad symptoms like erratic mood swings, extremely tender breasts, intense food cravings, fatigue, irritability and depression, we recommend starting the programme right after these symptoms ease off as it might be easier for you to stay on the programme then.
We provide personal coaches for our ReCulture 60 & ReCulture 21 programme as there is a lot to navigate on a programme of that duration. Our coaches are there to encourage and answer any question you might have — from navigating eating in social situations to what to cook for dinner.
For those on the ReCulture 5 and ReCulture 10 programmes, you will receive a detailed guidebook that tells you what to do each day. Our customer service team is also on standby to support you and answer any queries you may have.
After the programme, you may return to eating as you usually do, but be mindful that moderation is vital. Some people might need to “binge” or “reward” themselves after finishing a detox. Still, it’s good to remember that you’ve just cleaned out your systems. You wouldn’t purposefully dirty a clean tee-shirt you’ve just washed, would you? Likewise, don’t seek out the “bad foods” after the programme. Instead, focus on enjoying wholesome, colourful food at mealtimes.
You do not need to maintain the programme’s restrictive diet but do continue to cut down on refined carbohydrates, sugar and processed foods as these will help you maintain your weight and improve your overall health.
Our programmes are currently not halal certified. However, they don’t contain any pork nor are they cooked near pork, as pork is not part of the programme.
A detox gives your entire system rest from the constant onslaught of food and drinks. It does this by allowing only a small amount of healthy food to be processed in your body and your hypothalamus at any given time. This detox allows your body to clear itself of the chemical build-up that could be preventing weight loss and re-establishes the natural functioning and hormone release of the hypothalamus.
Our meals are free of oils, preservatives, sugars, carbs, msg, gluten, dairy and other nasties! The ingredients we used are also sourced, measured, and cooked within restrictive guidelines, such that the composition of our meals work in synergy with our Reculture drops to trigger a detox process.

The standard meals are curated to meet the nutritional needs of every person on a detox. They include a purposeful mix of chicken, prawns and fish as proteins and a wide range of vegetables. However, if you'd like, you can choose to opt for seafood only or no prawns in your meals.
Do take a look at our menu and let us know your allergies or religious requirements. You will need to contact us directly for such arrangements, so that we can try our best to tailor the meals for you. Kindly do so before making any purchases.
Our oil-free meals are free from gluten, dairy, processed sugars and refined carbohydrates.
All Reculture meals are prepared, individually packed and blast-frozen in our kitchens to retain maximum freshness. Extremely rapid freezing preserves our food at a higher quality with minimum damage and keeps them safe from contamination. Once frozen, these frozen meals can be moved to normal freezers for long-term storage.
The Reculture programmes use mostly white lean proteins like chicken breast, prawns and white fish. We do not include any red meats like beef or lamb.
Our ReCulture drops are highly diluted amounts of natural substances extracted from plants and minerals. It is a safe and natural medical alternative practice that stimulates the natural ability of our body to heal itself.
At ReCulture, our drops are harnessed to metabolise fats and improve our moods throughout the programme. They are also specifically designed to help your body tap into your non-essential/stubborn fat deposits most often found in the shoulders, upper arms, hips, thighs, back, belly, and buttocks. The drops help release these fats into the bloodstream and out of the body. They also aim to positively affect your hypothalamus and your base metabolism.
Kindly read find more detailed information of our drops here.
Reculture’s drops are imported from America and formulated in collaboration with licensed homeopathic practitioners, naturopathic physicians and nutritionists. They are then manufactured under CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations in the United States of America. In addition to the rigorous testing required during manufacturing, each ingredient is also tested for identity, purity, strength and composition.
Reculture’s drops are derived from a mother tincture or alcohol-based solution containing the primary substance's most concentrated preparation. This concentrate then goes through succussion, a vigorous, intense shaking process that increases the remedy's effectiveness. During this process, the highly-concentrated homeopathic preparation is potentized with a dilution agent (usually ethanol, water or lactose) to create different levels of potency and dilution. All Reculture formulas comply with the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS).
Alcohol is both a preservative and a safe vehicle for Reculture drops. The alcohol in a standard Reculture drop is about 1/80 of an ounce, far from what is typically found in an alcoholic beverage. One would need to consume over 80 Reculture drops to ingest the standard amount of alcohol found in a serving of alcohol (1 oz.). We use organic, gluten-free alcohol made from non-GMO corn.
Yes, the drops must be consumed 3 times a day, regardless of the numbers of meals you have.
Yes! What would life be without our morning java? Coffee and tea are allowed during the programme, but you cannot add sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk or creamer.
In other words, drink your coffee and tea plain.
Do pay attention to how much caffeine you’re drinking. Too much caffeine can deplete essential vitamins and minerals. If you’re feeling sluggish, drink some water, as that’s usually our body’s way of telling us we’re dehydrated. Having a good night’s rest during the programme is also necessary as your body is working hard to detox.
You should continue incorporating movement and gentle stretches while on the programme, but we advise against any strenuous activity.
While on an 800-calorie programme, you may not have sufficient energy for your workouts. Continuing to do so may lead to over-exertion, carelessness in form due to exhaustion or an increased temptation post-workout to eat.
You’re encouraged to stop all supplements during the programme as they might contain sugar, carbohydrates, oil or other additives that might affect your detox.
Our list of permissible food has a specific biological composition. Even though there are a number of foods which have the same or even lower caloric values than those listed as permissible, they have a different composition which interferes with the regular loss of weight during the detox programme.
It is not advisable to consume any extra detox drinks/mixtures as most of them contain pulverised fruit powder which may contain added sugar, or even artificial sugars such as Aspartame and Sucralose which are mostly made of chemicals.
Even if they don’t contain any of the above, fruits that have been processed or pulverised usually contain more sugar as their fibres have been stripped. Additionally, any fruits that are not listed in our approved fruit guide are not encouraged.
All these factors, as well as the overall composition of the drink will likely hinder the detox process.
One of the main focuses of our programmes is to eliminate foods that may cause your body inflammations - mainly processed sugars, refined carbs, & highly processed foods. This is so you can have a deeper understanding of your body and what is good and/or not so good for your gut.
Keeping to a restrictive food guideline helps to achieve this, as well as boost your body’s detoxification system
The programmes may not be suitable for people with the above-mentioned health issues as the daily caloric intake is set at 800 calories. The meal portions are small, and all protein is weighed at 100gm before cooking. Our meals are also free of oil and the food guidelines can be quite restrictive. In addition, most of our meals contain tomatoes, which may aggravate gastric and reflux issues as tomatoes can be acidic.
We highly encourage clients with underlying health issues to seek their doctors’ advice before embarking on any of our programmes.
We highly encourage clients with underlying health issues to seek their doctors’ advice before embarking on any of our programmes.
Although our clients have seen improvements in their health conditions after embarking on our programmes, we cannot guarantee that everyone will experience the same results. We also cannot guarantee how quickly you may see such improvements as everyone’s condition is different. Our bodies are very unique, and will respond differently to the same plans.
Again, we highly encourage clients with underlying health issues to seek their doctors’ advice before embarking on any of our programmes.
Kindly understand that all our programmes comprise of 3 elements which were designed to work together to maximise a detox;
1) Reculture Oil-free Meals, 2) Reculture Drops and 3) An accompanying guidebook on how the respective programme works and how to maintain afterwards.
This combination is what differentiates our programmes from others and allows the results to be effective and sustainable.
TLDR; our Maintenance Meal Pack is recommended for post-programme maintenance - not a cheaper alternative to our existing programmes.
Our Maintenance Meal Packs are specially created for clients who have already been on our programmes and want to maintain as best as they can, but do not have the time everyday to cook for themselves.
Essentially, these meals alone are not sufficient enough to help you achieve the same results as you would get from the entirety of our programmes.
Hence, we will highly encourage new clients to try out any of our programmes first in order to get the full Reculture experience.
Yes, all 20 meals will be delivered at once.
However if you wish to split up the delivery due to space constraints, an extra charge will be at $25 per trip + GST. Feel free to reach out to our customer service for assistance!
Our Maintenance Meal Pack was created specifically to provide existing clients with the convenience of having a healthy meal without having to meal prep on their own. This could be during their “maintenance phase” or when they feel like eating something healthier. As it is completely separate from our signature programmes, you are not required to follow a rigid regiment. Thus, you may consume the oil-free meals as and when you would like to.
The maintenance meals do not encapsulate the entirety of our programmes hence consuming them does not mean that you’re on our programme. Thus, there are no limitations to what you can or cannot add into the meals. However, if you are consuming the meals during your “maintenance phase”, do be mindful to follow the similar guidelines set out by the programme.
No. Do take note that our meals are not meant to be eaten over long periods of time as they were designed to only be eaten during the specific time windows of the various programmes. Although our meals are nutritional, if not supplemented, they may not be able to meet your daily meets in the long run especially if you lead an active lifestyle. Furthermore, we do not encourage clients to abstain from dietary fats for a long period of time.
Our Maintenance Meals are great for when you need a ready-to-eat meal that is healthy but have no time to cook!
A courier will send you your frozen meals in a freezer bag on your agreed delivery date. Once you’ve received them, you should store the meals in a freezer immediately and only take them out when you’re ready for your meal.
Do note that it will be a one-time delivery for our ReCulture 5 and ReCulture 10, while the delivery for our ReCulture 60 will be split into 4 deliveries.
We currently do not deliver outside of Singapore. However, we are working hard to bring Reculture’s products and services to the neighbouring countries in the near future! Do stay connected with us for more updates.
