Experience ReCulture's Weight Loss Detox Programmes in a luxurious wellness retreat setting just a 30-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Curated in collaboration with Montigo Resorts that offers the perfect setting with its breathtaking oceanic views and serene natural surroundings, the Reculture Retreat is intentionally designed to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. The transformative wellness experience focuses on detox, nutrition, spa treatments, movement, mindfulness and self-reflection. 

You'll begin your journey with a three-day immersive wellness retreat at Montigo Resorts, and continue your transformation back at home with a two-day guided detox where you will receive support and daily check-ins from Reculture's wellness consultant.

Reculture Retreat at Montigo includes:

· 3-day 2-night shared villa accommodation (each bedroom comes with en-suite shower facilities)

Note: 

1. The Reculture Retreat at Montigo is held monthly through December 2026. 
2. The retreat will only commence with a minimum of 5 confirmed participants.
3. Participants will share a 5-bedroom or 3-bedroom villa depending on availability.
4. Priority in choosing preferred room type will be given to those who confirm their booking first.
5. A dedicated Reculture team member will be on-site to support the flow of activities, to guide daily journaling sessions and ensure all guest requests are taken care of.
6. The last two days of the 5-day weight loss programme will be completed in Singapore.
7. Upon receiving your retreat booking, the Reculture team will reach out to you to arrange your ferry booking and delivery of frozen meal prep before the start of the retreat.
8. Homeopathic drops will be given upon arrival at Montigo Resorts.
