Add this to your weight loss meal prep! Coconut Liquid Aminos is a tasty and healthier soy sauce alternative that has a salty-sweet flavour and a buttery finish. Made from coconut tree sap, it is then fermented and blended with sea salt. Donāt worry - it does not have a coconut-ty taste as it's made from the sap, not the fruit! In fact, even after cooking, its full flavour is retained and does not have that bitter aftertaste which your regular soy sauce tends to have!

Coconut Liquid Aminos is great for people with allergies or food sensitivities as it is free from soy, wheat and gluten. It is also MSG free and has less than half the amount of sodium than your regular soy sauce!
