Enlivening your Christmas catering is a spice-rubbed Angus ribeye gently sous vide to medium doneness to seal its natural juices and depth. This special Christmas roast beef is accompanied by a luxurious housemade orange demi-glace, seasonal sides including balsamic roasted grapes, roasted sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
Shipping & Delivery
A delivery and teardown fee of $90 will be added upon checkout.
Our set-up team will arrive +/- 1 hour prior to the event time.
Teardown time will be 2 hours after the event time.
