Frozen Strawberry Chocolate Yoghurt Bites

Creamy, crunchy and bursting with freshness, this gut-friendly dessert option with a luscious dark chocolate crust is packed with nutritious ingredients and is simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 cup of full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup of fresh/frozen strawberries, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons (or more) of chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips/shavings (optional)
  • 70g of dark chocolate for drizzling
  • Nuts for sprinkling (optional)

Directions

Step 1 Combine all the ingredients except for the dark chocolate in a big bowl and mix well.

Step 2 Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave/stovetop.

Step 3 Dollop the yoghurt mix onto parchment paper.

Step 4 Drizzle the dark melted chocolate on each dollop.

Step 5 Sprinkle nuts of your choice.

Step 6 Pop the yoghurt in the freezer to set for about 30 mins or until it reaches your preferred consistency.

To make these healthy dessert bites extra special, add more fruit, granola, or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
