Easy Stovetop Granola
A fuss-free granola recipe that's ready to serve in under 10 minutes. No oven required! Homemade granola eliminates hidden sugar and other additives found in store-bought ones. Serve granola with plain yoghurt, milk, fresh fruits or over salads to add flavour and texture as well as to elevate the nutritional value.

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower/pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup dried raisins
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt/Maldon sea salt flakes
Tips:
- To keep your blood sugar levels in check, swap out the dried fruits for fresh ones, as they have less sugar and carbs.

- Enhance the flavour and health benefits of your breakfast with some healing spices like ground turmeric, nutmeg, or ginger.
