Spinach Omelette Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg & 2 egg whites
  • A handful of spinach
  • Thinly sliced onions (optional)r a sugar-free option)

Directions

Step 1 Whisk 1 whole egg & up to 2 egg whites.

Step 2 Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Once hot, pour the whisked egg mixture into the pan.

Step 3 When bubbles appear, add in a handful of spinach to one side of the omelette.

Step 4 Add thinly sliced onions if using.

Step 5 Sprinkle some pink salt & pepper to taste.

Step 6 Once spinach is slightly wilted, flip one side of the omelette to cover the side with the spinach.

Step 7 Remove from the pan onto a plate. seconds to prevent burning.
