We can't begin to tell you how much we love pairing this simple homemade chilli sauce on almost everything. Big on flavour, spiciness and freshness, this preservative free chilli sauce definitely packs a punch!
Ingredients
Use a variety of chilli padi, and green, yellow and red chillis.
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tspĀ liquid Stevia
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1Ā Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend to a smooth consistency.
Step 2Ā Pour the paste into a small pot and heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3Ā Cool and adjust the flavour with salt, pepper and liquid Stevia to your liking.
Step 4Ā Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
