We can't begin to tell you how much we love pairing this simple homemade chilli sauce on almost everything. Big on flavour, spiciness and freshness, this preservative free chilli sauce definitely packs a punch!
Ingredients
Use a variety of chilli padi, and green, yellow and red chillis.
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp liquid Stevia
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1 Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend to a smooth consistency.
Step 2 Pour the paste into a small pot and heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 Cool and adjust the flavour with salt, pepper and liquid Stevia to your liking.
Step 4 Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
