"I've lost 2.2kg with the ReCulture 5 programme. I do feel good with the exception of feeling tired in the morning. I used to tired in the day, but now I feel very ok, more energy too! I always crave for desserts after my meals, but lesser now. It's easier for me to walk away now from seeing those items too. Also, I don't get affected by seeing people around me eating those items too. I really enjoy your meals, I love food with its natural flavours :) I will need to learn how to cook those dishes!
