Two capsules to be consumed daily: One capsule of timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION Day Complex in the morning and one capsule of timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION Night Complex in the evening.
Take the capsule before your meals with sufficient amount of liquid. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may take it with food. It is recommended to take timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION over a prolonged period of time to maintain a constant vitamin and dietary mineral supply for your body.
